| Beschreibung Ergänzung | The foliage is, as typical for the genus Vigna, more open than that of common beans of the genus Phaseolus, but robust for a Vigna variety. The plant can reach up to 3 m in height. This variety requires warmth and humidity. Irrigation, misting, as well as cultivation in a greenhouse or under a plastic tunnel are recommended. Harvest begins after about 70 days, with a harvesting period of approximately 4 to 8 weeks. Harvesting every 2 days is recommended. The pods stand out clearly from the foliage due to their light green colour and detach easily. Harmonious flavour with notes reminiscent of potato. Well suited for wok dishes. |
